Appointments have to be arranged beforehand.
With journeys over 200 km an overnight accommodation has to be provided.
The ordering party agrees by model-release that the photos may arbitrarily be used editorially or advertisingly of the photographer or by third parties engaged by him. Exceptions require a special agreement before the photo-shooting starts and cause a price-increase. Materials and copyright as well remain unlimitedly with the originator Christiane Slawik.
Every use of the pictorial material has to be paid in usual and adequate form. The remark of originator (Foto: www.slawik.com) is stipulated mandatorily in direct connection with the illustrations. In case of missing or indistinct originator remark a surcharge of 100% on the respective fee becomes due.
In case of doubt the supplier of the corresponding photography is liable for the payment. In case of violation of the copyright a reimbursement fee is due, e.g. non-permitted publishing, duplicating, copying or using a copyright-protected photo in any mechanical or electronic form.
Picture usufructs of non-editorial type generally are calculated under the fee list of the German ‘Mittelstandsgemeinschaft Foto-Marketing’ (MFM) and go by way and size of the use. For editorial use, general conditions of the magazin are usually being accepted. Fees/daily rates for breeders, stud farms or commercial customers and discounts according to separate agreement.
